AWS Cloud Architect

Contract: 12 months
Location: Hybrid - Dublin City Centre
Daily Rate: Market Rate

As an AWS Cloud Architect, you will design cloud solutions and set the technical direction for client engagements.

Role Overview

• Design AWS-based solutions aligned to business needs.

• Define technology and cloud roadmaps.

• Lead technical design, governance, and delivery.

• Develop implementation and migration plans.

• Produce architectural blueprints meeting functional and non-functional requirements.

• Mentor team members and support practice development.

• Contribute to sales and presales through solution shaping and estimation.

• Provide guidance and performance support to technical staff.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software and cloud architecture.

• Broad technical knowledge across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.

• Deep experience with AWS services and architectures.

• Experience with React or Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of integration patterns (API-led, event streaming) and Java/.NET frameworks.

• Understanding of cloud adoption frameworks, security best practices, and operations.

• Strong stakeholder management and proposal development experience.

• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, TOGAF, etc.).
